Eric built his career in sales with over twelve years in increasingly senior roles at Intel Security, becoming VP of North America Commercial sales and achieving record-breaking revenue growth for the company. Early in his career, Eric provided consulting, account management and sales for McAfee, Yahoo and Arthur Andersen.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Texas A&M University and serves on the board of Rainbow Days, a nonprofit focused on teaching disadvantaged youth to build coping skills and resiliency to rise above and create positive futures.
Gavin Osters is the Head of Channels at IBM Randori, after helping grow the channel program at Vectra. Gavin started his career at McAfee, then went onto SentinelOne to build out its inaugural channel program. In his role at Randori, Gavin is responsible for identifying new partners and growing the practice as ASM becomes a de-facto security solution.

Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with an emphasis in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Mike is a national scholar of the acclaimed Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans which includes members such as; Condoleezza Rice, Michael Bloomberg, and Howard Schultz. Mike is an alumnus of Pittsburgh’s Alpha Lab Incubator class of 2013. His life and career was featured in a documentary by The Kauffman Foundation and in several publications including; U.S. News & World Report, TechCrunch, Los Angeles Business Journal, and The Wall Street Journal’s Marketwatch.
