Nicholas has established strong relationships with our clients’ IT leaders, becoming a trusted IT partner, not a one-time implementation provider. Fully understanding a client’s IT and business needs enables Nicholas to coordinate and offer customized solutions that maximize the benefits our clients realize from IBM solutions. Nicholas also strengthened the IBM-Business Partner relationship, which has grown opportunities for services, software and hardware. Nicholas is also very involved in pre-delivery technical work, often leading or assisting in proof-of-concept and pilot projects with customers to highlight the business value and ROI with the solutions we sell.

Mike began his career as an equity trader and worked in the financial services industry for almost a decade.  He held executive positions at several VC backed SaaS companies including AutoRef, Inc. Circe Software, and Themis Technologies.  

Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with an emphasis in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Mike is a national scholar of the acclaimed Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans which includes members such as; Condoleezza Rice, Michael Bloomberg, and Howard Schultz.  Mike is an alumnus of Pittsburgh’s Alpha Lab Incubator class of 2013. His life and career was featured in a documentary by The Kauffman Foundation and in several publications including; U.S. News & World Report, TechCrunch, Los Angeles Business Journal, and The Wall Street Journal’s Marketwatch.

Rick is a Threat Management SME for IBM’s Northeast Market (New England & Ohio Valley).  While at IBM and other companies, he’s been helping customers identify and secure their most critical assets in a variety of Solutions Engineering and Sales roles.  Rick has had the opportunity to work with both government and commercial organizations across a range of technologies including SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Application Scanning, Automation, Intrusion Prevention.

Mike has been with IBM Security for 8 years and specifically working with IBM's Threat Management portfolio (QRadar, SOAR/Resilient, XForce, Reaqta, Randori) for 6. He is currently a Threat Management SME/Sales Leader for IBM's Northeast Market (NY, NJ, CT). Working to help clients (small, medium, large) to build out next generation Security Operations Centers and provide subject matter expertise in the areas of threat detection and response. Topics include XDR, SIEM, SOAR, Network Security, Cloud Security, Attack Surface Management, EDR, UBA and Threat Hunting.

Over the course of the past two plus years, rThreat has grown revenue around the world, introducing itself at a next generation BAS (breach and attack emulation) platform.  Analysts call rThreat a BAE (breach and attack emulation) platform.  Prior to rThreat, Todd spent years representing Verizon and British Telecom globally developing largely outsourced solutions.  He especially appreciates the Alacrinet relationship which has become rThreat's champion and chief evangelist.
